WE ARE
MARAPONE.
THIS IS THE DEAL.
Marapone is a B2B AI company based in Canada and Italy, operating globally. We are not a construction company. We are not a venture-backed AI startup burning investor cash on a SaaS dashboard. We are a focused, technical team that builds private AI systems and sells them directly to the businesses that need them.
We operate across two industries because document intelligence has the same fundamental problem in both: critical information buried in hundreds of pages that no one has time to read properly. In construction, it's blueprints, RFIs, and site logs. In logistics, it's trade documents, freight invoices, and compliance filings. The problem is the same. The solution — a private, fine-tuned AI that runs on your own infrastructure — is the same.
Our Canada base gives us deep roots in North American construction and trade. Our Italy presence connects us to European logistics networks and Mediterranean trade corridors. The work itself is remote-first, which means your location isn't a barrier and neither is ours.
Marapone was founded by people with over 10 years of hands-on experience inside construction and logistics — not consultants hired to study the industries from the outside, but people who have worked in them directly. That background matters. It means we already understand the real problems companies in these industries face: the document overload, the coordination failures, the costly assumptions made because no one had time to read page 247 of a blueprint. We didn't need to guess at the pain points. We've lived them.
We don't take on many projects at once. When we're building your system, you have our full attention — not a shared project manager and a ticketing queue. Us, directly, focused entirely on your build and making sure it works perfectly.
We got tired of watching serious businesses get locked into expensive subscription AI that stores their sensitive documents on someone else's servers, then charges them more every month for the privilege. That model benefits the vendor, not the client. We built Marapone to flip that — you pay once, you own everything, we walk away. That's the whole business model.
