The Marapone Process — Construction

HOW WE BUILD IT
FOR YOUR OPERATION

We don't hand you a login and wish you luck. We set the programs up around your specific project documents and your team's workflow — your jurisdiction pack, your templates, your export formats — and we stay on the hook for them every month after that.

How it works

FOUR STEPS
TO OWNING IT.

From one document you send us to eight programs running on your live tenders — here's the path.

01

INTAKE

You hand over your documents

02

BUILD

We build the pipeline around them

03

RUN

Open it in your browser, nothing to install

04

EXPORT

Excel, CSV and PDF that stay yours

01
7 Days Free

YOU OPEN THE PROGRAMS.
ON YOUR OWN DOCUMENTS.

Make an account, add a card at Stripe, and the Field plan runs free for seven days. Put real work through it — a blueprint, a stack of daily logs, an RFI log, a tender package, as many as you like. Nothing is capped, metered or credited during the trial.

No pitch and no call. Nothing is charged until day 8, and cancelling before then from your own dashboard costs you nothing.

What to put through it

  • Blueprints and project drawings (any phase)
  • RFI log or open RFI package
  • Weekly or monthly site daily logs
  • Tender packages and contract documents
  • Subcontractor scope letters
  • Site inspection or deficiency reports

One document is enough to demonstrate what the AI can do with your specific project data.

02
Discovery & Scoping

WE MAP YOUR WORKFLOW.
THEN WE PRICE IT.

If a build around your own workflow is the thing you actually need, we run a focused discovery session — usually 30–60 minutes — where we map your document types, project volumes, and the specific problems you need solved. A residential GC and an industrial contractor get different builds. No templates. No assumptions.

From that session we produce a written scope and fixed price. You know the full cost before signing anything. No surprises mid-build.

Project type & document volume

Residential GC, industrial contractor, and commercial developer builds are different. Your project types and document volumes drive the architecture — we build for your actual workflow, not a generic assumption.

Document types & file formats

Which documents your team generates and handles — blueprints, RFI logs, daily reports, change orders, subcontractor packages — determines the pipeline and which modules are relevant to your operation.

Jurisdiction & integrations

Which province, state or country you bid in decides the data pack we load — rates, taxes and code references. We also confirm what the programs need to read from and write to, so exports land in the formats your team already uses.

03
Build & Configuration

YOUR DOCUMENTS.
YOUR PROJECT TYPES.
YOUR PIPELINE.

We build the AI system around your actual documents. The same model that runs the whole product reads your blueprint formats, your RFI log structure, your daily log templates and your change order packages — what we configure is the pipeline, the rules engine and the jurisdiction pack around what your operation actually produces, not a generic template.

Sample documents you provide for this are handled the same way as any document on your plan — stored in your own workspace, never used to train any model, and yours to export or delete at any time.

What gets built

Document intelligence pipeline configured for your construction document types and formats

Processing pipeline that handles your specific file types (PDF, Excel, CSV, email exports)

Rules engine configured for your project types, scope categories, and workflow

Report output in your preferred format — structured summary, PDF brief, or spreadsheet export

04
Live in your account

IT GOES LIVE.
YOU START BIDDING.

The build appears in your account alongside the five standard programs. We run it against a live sample batch of yours to verify accuracy, then sit with your team and take a real job through it end to end.

From then on it is a program you sign in to, kept running and improved by us, covered by your plan. Everything it produces exports on demand in formats that open elsewhere, and you can take that with you whenever you like.

"We are small on purpose. When something in the software is wrong you are emailing the people who wrote it, not a shared account manager. Most accounts are running on live tenders inside a fortnight."

From sign-in to a finished audit

NOTHING TO BUILD.
NOTHING TO INSTALL.

No implementation project, no scoping call before you can see it work, no two-week build. The whole chain from signing in to a finished audit runs in an afternoon, and most of it runs in the first ten minutes.

01 Minute 1

  • Browser only — nothing installed
  • Every program on the plan, open
  • Pick the jurisdiction you build in
02 Minutes 2–10

Upload a real set

  • The DWG the architect sent, not an export
  • Fourteen formats read
  • Pick the trades to scope it to
03 Same session

Read the findings

  • Every finding cites the clause it came from
  • Filter the drawing by layer and trade
  • Export to PDF, CSV or JSON
04 Day 8

Decide

  • Seven days free, unlimited runs
  • Cancel before day 8 and nothing is charged
  • Documents deleted on request, any time

Published price · no implementation fee · no annual commitment. Everything it produces exports on demand, so what you make with it is portable from day one.

Want to read the actual paperwork first? The security posture in full — where your documents sit, who can reach them, how long they are kept, and how to get them all back out.

Honest limitations

WHAT THIS IS NOT

Not a full PM platform or ERP

It reads your documents and flags issues. It doesn't replace your project management system, scheduling platform, or accounting software.

Not a live site monitoring tool

It processes documents you feed it — PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, exported logs. It doesn't pull live feeds from site cameras or IoT sensors.

Not a generic AI chatbot

It doesn't answer vague questions or hallucinate answers. It reads specific documents and returns structured outputs based on what's actually in them.

Not a project management platform

It does not replace Procore, hold your schedule or track your budget. It reads documents and returns structured findings you can check against the page they came from. If you need the system of record, you still need the system of record.

Four plans, cancel any time

CONSTRUCTION AI FROM $49/MO

$49/month opens the AI Estimator on one seat; $99 adds the takeoff that feeds it; $249 opens all eight for up to five people — and it is the same plan if only one of you uses it. Custom work on your own workflow and company files is quoted separately from $4,900 — you know that number before signing anything.

WANT TO SEE IT ON
YOUR ACTUAL DOCS?

Seven free days is the best way to find out. Your own documents, in the real programs, with nothing capped — not a sandbox, not demo output, and no report to wait on.
