Marapone TradeVet

In development · coming soon

IS EVERYONE ON SITE
ACTUALLY CLEARED?

TradeVet tracks the paperwork that actually blocks a subcontractor from being allowed on site — General Liability, Auto Liability, WSIB/Workers Comp, business licence, W9 and bonding — separate from bid pricing and separate from scope coverage. A sub's status is derived from real expiry dates, not set by hand. Opens on Pro and Firm once it ships; still being built today.

No screenshots or a demo run yet — those come from the finished application, not a mock-up, and go up here the moment it is done.

Where it picks up

Bid Leveler prices the quote and ScopeGuard checks the scope, but neither one checks whether the sub who won is legally and financially cleared to actually show up. TradeVet is that separate question, tracked continuously rather than checked once at award.

What's built

THREE SCREENS,
EVERY SUB'S PAPERWORK.

Dashboard

Cleared, expiring, blocked

Counts across your whole roster, a soonest-first expiration alert feed across every sub, and a dedicated "blocked from work" list — the thing you actually check before a crew mobilises.

Directory

One roster, a full file on each sub

Click through to contact info, a live compliance-document checklist — General Liability, Auto Liability, WSIB/Workers Comp, Business Licence, W9, Bonding — each showing valid, expiring, expired or missing off real expiry dates, plus a weighted prequalification scorecard: Safety 35%, Financial 25%, Past Performance 25%, Capacity 15%, rolling up to a score and a letter grade.

Compliance Calendar

Every document, every sub, sorted by days-to-expiry

One list across the whole roster instead of twenty separate folders, with a dedicated missing-documents callout so a gap is never discovered the morning a crew is due on site.

Why derived, not set

A status somebody can forget to update is a status you can't trust.

A sub's overall status — cleared, expiring soon, or blocked — is never a field someone ticks. It comes straight from whether any required document is expired or missing, computed off the dates themselves, so the dashboard is never one insurance renewal behind what is actually true.

Built the same way as the five programs above it: one clear job, no feature sprawl, by people who have had a sub turned away at the gate over a lapsed certificate nobody caught in time.

Pre-construction, then execution

Eight tools, one job, start to close-out.

Nothing to buy separately, ever

TRADEVET OPENS ON
PRO AND FIRM.

The same rule as everything else on the roadmap: anything shipping when you subscribe is included in what you subscribed to. Start on Pro or Firm today for the five programs that are live now, and TradeVet appears in your dashboard the moment it ships — no upgrade fee, no new tier.
