All of it lives in Stripe, and you reach it yourself from your dashboard under Manage billing — including cancelling a trial before it charges. Write to us only if that door will not open.

We keep our workload intentionally small, so this inbox is read rather than triaged. Nobody here works from a script and there is no sales team to be handed to.
What things cost
Plans are $99/month for one seat on two programs, $249/month for up to five seats on all five, $549/month for twenty. Every one of them is unlimited use. A build customised to your own company files starts at $4,900; full integration into the systems you already run starts at $15,000. Build fees are quoted once; the running of it is covered by your plan.
