Grouped by who is asking. Every answer below is quoted from the assistant, recorded against the sample project on 17 September 2026 and cut only for length. It answers from the project loaded in front of it and from nothing else, which is why the second one reads as it does.
It answered: “The takeoff produced the following quantities: Concrete slab: 13.19 m³. Concrete footing: 8.44 m³. Concrete foundation wall: 0 m³. Framing lumber: 814 bf. Wall sheathing: 213.1 m². Roof sheathing: 146 m². Drywall sheets: 319 sheets…”
It answered: “The provided context includes a takeoff and metrics summary for the project, but no audit findings are listed or described in the data. Therefore, there are no serious findings in this audit — because the audit results section is empty or not included in the given context.”
That project had a takeoff and no audit run against it. The assistant said so instead of producing findings, which is the behaviour worth showing.
It answered: “Electrical systems (receptacles, switches, luminaires, smoke and CO alarms, panels) — all counts are zero, indicating no electrical fixtures were included in the takeoff. Low-voltage devices — count is zero. Plumbing fixtures — only 10 fixtures…”
It answered: “A comprehensive construction blueprint detailing the design and specifications for a two-storey residential building with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a total gross floor area of 263.8 m² (2,840 ft²). It includes takeoff quantities for key materials such as concrete, framing lumber, wall and roof sheathing, insulation, drywall…”
The assistant reads what is loaded in the program and answers from that. It never selects or runs anything on its own: an instruction that would change a number is shown as a plan first, and applied only when somebody presses Apply.
