Exports
Everything the programs produce leaves in a format something else already opens. There is no proprietary container and no export tier.

Between programs
Work carries across without an export step: the takeoff becomes the estimate, the estimate becomes the levelling sheet, the awarded scope becomes what ScopeGuard defends, and the awarded subcontract reaches FloatGuard, TradeVet and CostLine. Because there is one project database, not eight, nothing is retyped between stages. When a drawing is revised, re-run the affected stage and carry its output forward.
If you cancel
The programs close. Every export you have taken stays readable, because they are ordinary Excel, Word and PDF files on your own machine. We will also delete everything on request — see Data & retention.
