Getting started
1. Make an account
Email and a password, or a Google login. The account is free to keep whether or not you subscribe.
2. Start a trial
Solo runs a 7-day free trial; Field runs 14. A card is required and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. One free trial runs per account.
3. Create a project
A project is the unit everything hangs off: documents, findings, exports and the audit record. Set its jurisdiction when you create it — that decides which code pack the audit runs under, and it is the one setting worth getting right first.
4. Upload the ugly set
Not the tidy one. A clean, well-coordinated set from a good consultant proves nothing. Use the job with four revisions, a late addendum half the trades never read, and thirty pages that came back from the printer as flat scans. That is the set that tells you whether this is worth paying for.
5. Read the coverage line before the findings
Every run reports what it could not read as well as what it found. A sheet it refused, a scan too low-resolution to trust, a jurisdiction whose local amendments are not applied yet. Treat a clean run as “nothing obvious”, never as “compliant”.
